How does shipping work?

We ship flat rate within the US through USPS, fully insured, and orders go out within 3 - 5 business days of purchase. We do not offer shipping internationally at the moment.

Can I make a return?

Because our items are vintage and antique, all sales are final. Minor wear from age and use is normal. We note any significant wear in the listing, but please review all photos and the description.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We pack carefully, but accidents in transit can happen. Inspect your order when it arrives and email us at sequencehomesupply@gmail.com within 7 days if something's damaged. We'll work with you on a resolution. Sequence Home Supply isn't responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

Do you take requests?

We source weekly, so if you're hunting for something particular, e-mail us at sequencehomesupply@gmail.com. If we don't have it, there's a good chance we can track it down.
